Im writing this book for my own pleasure. I want to write a book that is based on a real girl. Living a real life and her parents get divorced and her parents are making her live in two different states and she meets some new friends and then decides to stay at one place. Then the dad gets in a car reck and shes forced to live with her mom thats a prostitute and drunkie! Please give me a plot. Like what the two states should. The girls name. Just give me some regular times of a divorce with family then give me some ideas about what you would like to read in a teen book about a normal girl!

If you give your girl a "goal" or some kind of objective she's fighting for, then you'll have the beginnings of a plot.
Maybe she's trying to become valedictorian? Maybe she's trying to get a sports scholarship? Maybe she's trying to become an emancipated teenager, able to move out of her mom's house and make legal decisions for herself before the age of 18. Give her something to work for, and then have her mom CONSTANTLY be getting in the way of her goals. She can't be a wimp, just going with the flow and trying to press through to achieve a normal life. Normal life is a boring goal. Wimps are boring characters.
I think that #1, she has to make sure that her mom is never caught by the cops being a prostitute or druggie. If she's caught, your character (Melissa, we'll call her) will have to go into foster care and won't be able to get that scholarship due to moving schools so much, or won't be valedictorian because her credits don't transfer, or something that makes her completely unable to get to her goal. That's a great initial conflict! Mom's being bad, but Melissa HAS to cover for her when the cops stop by because to let her go to jail means Melissa is out of control of her life. Melissa goes from being a good girl to lying to cops, to yelling at drug dealers to stay out of the house, to buying her mother condoms so that she doesn't get an STD and die.... that's the kind of interesting story I'd want to read about!
So once you have #1 conflict established, keeping Mom alive and out of jail, you can work on #2... whatever goal your character has. She wants to be in sports, but she has no money for the fees. Her mother shows up to games drugged up and embarrasses her when the talent scout is there. There's no end to the kind of stuff Melissa's mom can do to mess up her goals!
Then, of course, there are always other conflicts, subplots... a nerdy lab partner starts prying into her life. A boy starts showing interest in her, distracting her from what she needs to do to get her goal. A vindictive teacher makes her life hell with extra assignments and punishments.
Have fun with it! Make your girl go through absolute hell and you'll have a great plot
