Please help! Diet disaster!?
I have 8 days until I hit the beach for spring break and this past week I haven't been eating all that great. I hit rock bottom last night at about 3 am with drunken munchies. We went to Perkins and since I didn't eat very much for dinner, I was starving, so I ate hashbrowns, 2 sausage links, a biscuit covered in gravy, and some eggs...gah horrible, I know!
Any advice on how to keep this from effecting me, like what to eat for the next couple days?
Even if there is nothing to do, what is a good pre-beach diet/exercises to tone up?

first off, don't panic about the slip up just start again from now.
you can see some pretty good results in a short time span, i've tried the five day diet before (there's a book about it) but there are loads of other variations of the same kind of diet which you can find on the internet.

its pretty tough, but you do get results and it includes exercises as well. (the plank is my favorite for a flat tummy) Try and do as much cardio as you can as well, as that really makes a difference.
Oh and i'm sure you can stay on it for the full eight days before you go away as it sounds pretty similar to other short term diets i've done for as long as or more then eight days.
